Eva Mendes was studying marketing at California State Northridge in the late '90s when an agent came across her photo while looking through a neighbor's portfolio. Fortunately for her fans, Eva decided to drop out of school and pursue a career in acting. She has acted in horror movies, music videos, comedies, and lately action dramas. Eva is currently working on a children's book, Crazy Leggs Beshee. The book is about how a character Crazy Leggs, who when she gets nervous, her legs literally tangle up. Eva is also managing a band with her boyfriend.
